At work she will help you in the office or you can give her access to your home so she can take care of all practicalities and errands. Daily shopping, receive and deliver deliveries, dry-cleaning, shoe repair, cleaning the car. She will make sure the home is clean and tidy, your shirt ironed and will keep an eye on the builders.

When you travel, the concierge will take care of practical things like; keeping an eye on the house, looking after beloved pets, emptying the mailbox, cutting the grass and watering the plants.
She opens the home upon return, fills up the fridge and arranges fresh flowers and what ever other needs you might like taken care of while you are away.
